1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing from VELANG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Important: All return requests must be initiated within 2 days of purchase.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, to maintain the quality of our products, strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns are only valid for 2 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Damage & Washing: Returned items must not be damaged in any way. This includes washing the cloth, stains, odors, or physical tears.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to a strict physical inspection. If we find that an item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer, the money will not be refunded, and the item may be discarded or returned to you at your expense.

Once the returned product is verified, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Fraud & Security

We take the security of our platform and our customers seriously.

If we suspect any kind of fraud, including but not limited to unauthorized payments, fake return claims, or identity theft, we will take strict legal actions against the individuals involved. We reserve the right to cancel orders, ban accounts, and report suspicious activities to relevant legal authorities immediately.

4. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched. The tentative delivery time will be 5 to10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During festivals and lockdowns, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VELANG, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
