Important: All return requests must be initiated within 2 days of purchase.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, to maintain the quality of our products, strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns are only valid for 2 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Damage & Washing: Returned items must not be damaged in any way. This includes washing the cloth, stains, odors, or physical tears.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to a strict physical inspection. If we find that an item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer, the money will not be refunded, and the item may be discarded or returned to you at your expense.

Once the returned product is verified, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
